Let’s be blunt:

👉 Most registration issues come down to one simple fact:

There are always TWO separate links:

1️⃣ Registration Link – completes your first-time setup
2️⃣ Login Link – used after your account is fully registered

But not all problems are caused by this confusion…..

🚩 COMMON PROBLEM #1: Your Link Isn’t Working

• Some email providers (Yahoo, AOL, Gmail filters, work servers, etc.) break or block links automatically.

• This has nothing to do with you — it’s how email security works.

✅ Simple Fix:

• Locate the original email (check spam, junk, or promotions).

• Drag it to your Primary inbox to avoid future issues.

• Right-click and copy the link directly from the email.

• Paste it manually into a new browser window.

• Still not opening? Use Incognito / Private Browsing mode.

🚩 COMMON PROBLEM #2: You’re Stuck in the Reset Loop: Issue: Never even completed registration

• You keep hitting "reset password" but nothing happens.

• That’s because you haven’t fully completed your original registration yet.

• You cannot reset a password if no account exists yet.

🚩 COMMON PROBLEM #3: You’re Stuck in the Reset Loop: Issue 2: Need 12 Characters

Another reason you may feel trapped in a reset loop:

👉 Your password isn’t being accepted because it’s too short.

Many members type a shorter password, hit submit, and get no clear error message — which leaves you thinking you’re stuck or locked out. You’re not.

✅ Simple Fix:
When creating your password, make sure it’s at least 12 characters long.

This rule does NOT apply to Design Secrets. (Design Secrets allows normal password lengths.)

Common Problem:

• Bookmark the URL and save you password to the keychain on your computer to easily get in next time.

Manual Password Reset Rules:

  ✅ If you don’t, we start over.

If I Complete Your Registration Manually:

• I can manually finish your registration if necessary.

• These requests are processed in batches.

• If your request comes after business hours, response may not happen until the following business day.
